Founded in 2017, Genstar Property Management Advisory (Genstar PMA) provides guidance and active property management to individuals, families, and business entities with the goal of growing and preserving their real estate assets. Genstar PMA leverages its technological systems, analytic capabilities, and its extensive network of industry experts to meet the objectives of each property efficiently and effectively. We specialize in 6-20 unit residential buildings as well as various commercial spaces in the Metro Boston and North Shore locations.
